Katherine Finchy Elementary is nationally recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, a California Distinguished School and a Title One Academic Achievement Award winner.
As a part of this wonderful community of educational excellence, the first grade teachers collaborate to set learning goals, create teaching strategies and serve the needs of every student. Mr. Warren assists Mrs. Stuart everyday to provide a higher teacher to student ratio to support our emergent readers.
Mrs. Stuart's Learning Team is a first grade class dedicated to providing a first class education for every student.
Our Learning Team includes the entire school community, but this website is dedicated to forming and strengthening the Home-School Connections within our classroom.
It is my heartfelt belief that every parent has wonderful assets to contribute to our learning team.
